My name is Randy Kady, founder of AccuServe Pros and creator of Guardian Prints ID.
I've called Northern Colorado home for more than 30 years, and I'm proud to serve the communities that have been part of my life for decades.
In 2025, I began building AccuServe Pros with a focus on providing trusted mobile services throughout Northern Colorado. That journey led me into notary work, fingerprinting services, and ultimately the creation of Guardian Prints ID.
As a commissioned Colorado notary and fingerprinting provider, I've completed state and federal background checks, fingerprint-based screening, and professional compliance requirements tied to both notary work and mortgage industry licensing. I understand the importance of trust, professionalism, and handling sensitive information responsibly.
Through my work as a notary and fingerprinting provider, I also had the opportunity to meet families navigating some of life's most challenging circumstances. I encountered adult children helping aging parents, families planning for the future, and caregivers facing the realities of memory loss and dementia. Those experiences reinforced how quickly families can find themselves needing important information during an unexpected situation and helped shape the vision for Guardian Prints ID.
Guardian Prints ID was created around a simple idea:
Families should be able to privately create and keep their own identification records before an emergency ever happens.
As a parent and as the son of an aging father, I've spent time thinking about how quickly life can change. A child can wander away in a crowded place. A loved one living with dementia can become disoriented. An individual with autism can leave a familiar environment unexpectedly.
People can also become separated from their families due to mental health crises, substance abuse, family conflict, runaway situations, parental abduction, medical emergencies, or other unexpected life events.
In many of those situations, families are suddenly asked for recent photographs or identifying information they may not have readily available.
That realization stayed with me.
I wanted to create a simple way for families to prepare before those moments occur.
Guardian Prints ID helps families create fingerprint and photo identification records for the people they care about while keeping everything private and under their control.
